We currently ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your Vitalz order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
